3. Estimates and Quotes

All estimates, pricing information, and timelines provided through this Website or via communications initiated through the Website are non-binding and subject to change. Final pricing, scope of work, materials, and schedules will be governed by a signed written contract.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this Website, including text, images, logos, designs, layouts, and branding, is the property of NTR Contracting and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

5. User Submissions

By submitting information through this Website, you represent that all information provided is accurate and that you have the legal right to submit it. You grant NTR Contracting permission to use such information for business, communication, and service-related purposes in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

6. Warranty & Optional Warranty Subscription

6.1 Standard Warranty
Unless otherwise stated in writing, labor and workmanship are warranted only as required by applicable California law.

6.2 Optional One-Year Warranty Subscription (Kitchen & Bathroom remodel)
All kitchen and bathroom models offered by NTR Contracting may include the option to purchase a one-year warranty subscription.

If elected, the warranty subscription may cover:
- Labor-related defects resulting from installation
- Covered workmanship issues
- Limited service calls related to covered work

6.3 Warranty Subscription Terms
The warranty subscription is optional and must be selected and paid for separately.

Coverage begins upon substantial completion of the project.

7. Online Payments and Deposits

7.1 Accepted Payments

We may accept online payments, deposits, or installment payments through secure third-party payment processors, as well as other approved payment methods.

7.2 Deposits

Any deposit paid:

- Is applied toward the total project cost

- May be non-refundable, except as required by California law or as expressly stated in the written contract

7.3 Authorization

By submitting payment online or electronically, you authorize NTR Contracting to charge the provided payment method for the agreed-upon amount, including any applicable processing fees.

7.4 Payment Disputes

Chargebacks or payment disputes must first be communicated directly to NTR Contracting for resolution. Unauthorized chargebacks or payment reversals may be considered a breach of contract and may result in suspension of services or additional fees or legal actions.

7.5 Accepted Payment Methods and Processing Fees.

NTR Contracting accepts the following payment methods, subject to availability and approval:

- Cash

- Check

- Zelle

- ACH / Bank Transfer

- Credit Card

Other electronic payment methods as may be offered from time to time

Clients acknowledge and agree that processing fees apply to certain payment methods as follows:

- ACH payments are subject to a 1.5% processing fee

- Credit card payments are subject to a 3.5% processing fee

- Cash, check, and Zelle payments are not subject to processing fees, unless otherwise stated in writing

Processing fees are non-refundable and will be added to the total payment amount at the time of transaction. 

7.6 Non-Sufficient Funds (NSF) and Returned Payments:

In the event that a check, ACH payment, or electronic transfer is returned or declined due to non-sufficient funds (NSF), stop payment, or any other reason:

- The client may be charged an NSF / returned payment fee of $35

- Payment must be replaced with certified funds (cash, cashier’s check, or approved electronic payment)

- Work may be paused or delayed until full payment is received

- Repeated returned payments may result in refusal of certain payment methods for future transactions.

8. Change Orders
8.1 Definition
A “Change Order” includes any modification to the original scope of work, materials, design, timeline, or specifications requested by the client or required due to unforeseen conditions.

8.2 Approval Requirement
All Change Orders must:
- Be documented in writing
- Include updated pricing and/or timelines
- Be approved by the client before work proceeds

8.3 Cost and Timeline Adjustments
Approved Change Orders may result in additional costs and extensions to the project timeline. NTR Contracting is not obligated to perform additional work without written approval.

9. Third-Party Links
This Website may contain links to third-party websites. NTR Contracting is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party sites.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Website is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. We make no warranties regarding uninterrupted access, accuracy, or reliability of the Website content.

11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NTR Contracting shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the Website or reliance on its content.
